If you find a lower rate within **24 hours** of your confirmed booking, we will **match the lower price** and give you an **additional 5% discount** on the difference.

2. Eligibility Conditions

The lower price must meet the following criteria:

• Identical Villa and Dates: Must be for the exact same villa, room type, check-in and check-out dates.
• Identical Terms: Must have the same cancellation policy, payment terms (e.g., deposit requirement), and inclusions (e.g., mandatory fees, services).
• Publicly Available: The rate must be publicly available and verifiable online (not a loyalty club rate, corporate rate, or opaque booking channel).
• Currency: The comparison must be made using the same currency (EUR).

3. How to Submit a Claim

• Send an email to **office@dubvillas.com** within 24 hours of your booking confirmation.
• Include your **Reservation ID**.
• Include a direct **link or screenshot** showing the lower published rate.
• Our team will verify the claim within two business days. If approved, we will adjust your total booking price and confirm the new rate.
